Yes. If we don't reach our pre-order goal, your deposit comes back to you in full. No questions, no friction. Once the threshold is met, deposits convert to orders and are applied to your final balance.
Once we hit our pre-order goal and samples are approved, we'll send pre-order customers photos of the final product before collecting the remaining balance. You'll see it before you pay it.
Once the pre-order goal is met, production begins. Estimated delivery is 60 to 90 days from that date. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
XS through XL. Final size runs will be confirmed with pre-order customers before production is locked.
